New Stuff to share

This first layout is of Emma back in the spring. I used a new kit by Angie Kovacs and Amanda Geils called Sporty Girl. You know, I never realized until this weekend that Emma is a lefty batter, just like me. I never even noticed it when this photo was taken. I noticed it when she was trying to place baseball on the Wii with Jillian on Sunday.

The photo on this next layout was taken way back in 2006 at Brantwood Farms but it is still one of my favourite. For this layout I used a kit called Too Cute to Spook by Jennifer Barrette and Sweet Digi Scraps.

I love this next photo of Natalia. It was taken last fall while she was playing in the leaves. She looks like she is having a blast. This layout was created using Chrissy W's newest template challenge that you can find on her blog. The kit that I choose to use is called Harvest Fields by Little Mrs. Liz and can be found at Elemental Scraps.

I love mini albums!

I think I only ever made 1 mini album when I paper scrapped. It was a paperbag album and as cool as it turned out it just wasn't my thing. Now that I scrap digitally, I LOVE mini albums. They are so fun to do. Especially if you have cool template sets to work with. My most recent mini album is using Chrissy W's newest mini album template set called Key Plate Album. When making a mini album I usually stick to one kit and use only papers and elements from it. That way I know the book with flow seemlessly and look beautiful. For this album I used Colie's Corner's kit called Apple Orchard.

So without furthur ado, here's the results...

Lots more layouts to share.

Sheesh, I am behind in showing off my layouts here. Needless to say, I have tons to share today.

This first two layout have been created using a kit called Lil Birdie by Nikki and Jen. The one of the girls on the tube also uses a fabulous new template by Angie Kovacs from her set called Rounded Squares.

These next two layouts are fall themed. The first one is of Natalia when she was about 9 months old. The kits that I used were both from NitWit collections and were called Autumn Splendor and Not Far to Fall. Template is by Chrissy W. and can be found in her Angie'licious set.

The second fall layout is of Emma in 2006. The kit is called Girl, I'm Fallin. By Colie's Corner at Elemental Scraps.

This month, I have also grabbed the Mega Kit from the Designers at Digital Candy. The kit is called Fridge Front Treasures. Here is my first layout using this kit and another fabulous template by Angie Kovacs from her Rounded Squares set.

Lots and Lots of layouts!

I have been scrapping like a crazy woman lately. With all the fabulous stuff that I can use from Elemental Scraps it's been so fun!

This first layout was done using a kit called Another Sunny Day by Juno Designs. It's a gorgeous natural feeling kit that I am sure I will use over and over again!

I also grabbed 2 beautiful kits by Isyndra. I got Soft Dreams and Jeanne. The elements in both kits seem to work really well together which is fabulous. Here's a layout that I have done using these kits.

And for this last layout, I used Isyndra's kit called Moments in Time and Juno Designs kit called Another Sunny Day. For this layout I also used one of Angie Kovacs beautiful new templates. Her template kit is called Get Blocked.

I am so excited! I used the layouts from a few posts ago to apply for the Elemental Scraps Design Team and I made it! I am so excited. I guess there was about 220 applicants so it's really cool that I am on the team!!

I have been scrapping like crazy lately so I have a few new ones to share. The first is done using a kit called Beaute Victorienne by Fairytale Studio Scraps at Digital Candy.

The next layouts I did are for Chrissy W's newest template set called Ad it up.

The kits used for this layout are both from Natali Designs. They are called Goodbye Summer and Cherish.

And for this kit I used Martencja Designs Kit called Delicacy.

Special thanks to Aunt Jen for taking these gorgeous photos of Natalia as a newborn.

OMG! I almost forgot!

Did you know that Angie Kovacs is now selling some templates as well! They are gorgeous! Very linear and graphic! You can grab them at Elemental Scraps. I have already had the opportunity to play with them and here is the layout I came up with. It is easily one of my favourite to date but you really need to click it to make it larger to see all the wonderful details in the kit.

The kit I used is called Delicacy and was a freebie from Martencja Design. It is totally worth grabbing!

Layouts to share

So here is three of my newest layouts to share with you all. The first is a template by Chrissy W and the kit that I used is called For The Boys and can be found at Elemental Scraps. This kit is amazing. So full of rich and beautiful colours. I love when the new Autumn colours come out it kits because usually by that time I am tired of the summer stuff.

My next layout is completely different. I love it! It is so simple yet elegant. For this layout I used a kit called My Shabby Valentine, also by the Designers at Elemental Scraps. The gorgeous wordart is by Natali Designs

My last layout is completely different again. For this layout I used Natali Designs kit called Goodbye Summer. I am really getting into realistic elements lately and the best part of Natali's are that they come with shadows to make my life so much easier. Shadows really are tough for me.

Oh, can I give you a tip? If you buy Angie Kovacs Teeny Tinies Alpha found at Elemental Scraps she has included an effect for Shadows that you can plug into photoshop. I am in LOVE with it. The shadows are awesome! I must say thanks to Chrissy, though, because even though I had these sets I didn't even notice the shadow effect! Oops! Thanks for the tip Chrissy!

Have you seen Angie Kovacs newest kit?

OMG, I am so in love with her newest kit called "Take me out in the Outdoors." It is full of beautifully coordinated blue, green and brown. I have 2 girls but I certainly found a good use for this kit. It's truely fantastic.

This month at Digital Candy, I have the priviledge of working with Mellisa from Fairytale Studio Scraps. I have choosen to work with her newest kit called Beaute Victorienne as well as her template set called Scrap Garden. Here is my first layout for her using both her kit and one of her templates.

And last but certainly not least is a layout that I created highlighting a photo of Natalia at 15 months. This photo always makes me laugh so I had to redo the layout digitally and here's the results.
